We offer free size exchanges. Just reach out to our support team and we'll take care of it for you.

Return Conditions

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return.
  • Item Condition: Items must be in new, unworn, unstained, and unscented condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, soiled, altered, or damaged are not eligible for a return.
  • Exclusion — Store Credit: Orders paid with store credit or gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
  • Exclusion — Replacements: In certain cases, we may send a replacement item without requiring the original to be returned. If you are not satisfied with the replacement, both items must be returned to qualify for a refund. This is a one-time exception.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please note that unauthorized returns will be sent back to you at your own expense.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns. Please contact us first — we may offer a more cost-effective solution depending on your situation.

Processing Your Return

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and notify you of the outcome by email.
  • Refund Timing: If eligible, the purchase price will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the return.
  • Follow-Up: We'll email you once the refund has been processed. Please allow a few extra days for it to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

Please note: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, contact us immediately at support@nivelleofficial.com and we'll resolve it right away.
